What does your end result really look and feel like?

What images come to mind if you imagine yourself happy with your body, and your health right now?

2) They discovered their motivating reason for wanting those results.
If you are feeling unmotivated to work to work towards your goals, what you are really saying, is that the reasons you want to achieve your goals aren't motivating enough!

Find a more motivating purpose!

For some it’s improving their health for their family, kids, relationships.

Some want to achieve better health so they have more energy, then they think about what they could achieve with that newfound energy...

Find out what’s important to you, then relate your goals to those aspects of your life.

3) They Found Support 
Surround yourself with people who build you up, show you the way, and get you through the tough times of your journey.

Your mental and physical health is often the sum of the people you surround yourself with.

A new you may mean a new positive support network.
