I’m the fittest I’ve been for a very long time. 

I have only high praise for Ignition Health and Sam in particular. I went to the gym for 4 months prior to going on an overseas trip to get myself fit and be able to keep up with everyone else. .. on a mission to support people who are new to exercise (or haven't exercised for a while) by helping them create a healthy lifestyle for themselves and their families. We provide a private, non-judgmental environment for people who would never go to a big, busy gym.

Frequently Asked Questions

When does the challenge start?

The challenge starts with a Challenge Orientation on the 22nd January and the 3rd February. We will set you up with everything you need to get started, and you can meet some of the others who are doing the challenge.

Does it matter if I have a bad back, knees, shoulder or hip?

Because you will have a coach to help you with every exercise, we can monitor and modify every exercise to suit you. We can also swap in rehabilitation exercises to help you recover.

What kind of exercises will I be doing?

We offer fun Classes, from a full-body Circuit, Kickboxing, Strength, Core, and a Stretch Class. They are all designed for beginners. The Class sizes range from 4-7 people meaning we can help you with each exercise, and Challenge members can choose from our full Class Timetable.

What if I am too scared to start with a Class?

It's perfectly fine to feel like this, especially when you don't know what to expect. We can work together One on One so that you can get familiar with the exercises and the space. Then you can join in on your first Class when you are ready, and there will be a Coach to help you with every exercise.

What happens after the challenge has finished?

We have memberships available that we custom make for you, depending on how we support you to reach your goals. Your membership could include Classes, Private Workouts, Nutrition Plans & Coaching, Measurements & Testing, Mental Health & Motivation Coaching, Home Workouts and lots more... So we have something for all fitness levels and of course budgets.

I have a teenage daughter who could really benefit from this. Can she join too?

Yes, we have some members who come with their daughters.  It's a great way to improve their health while doing something fun together. We have Private Workouts available also where family members often exercise together.

Do you have something that our partners can do also?

Yes, we have a Guys Group on our Class Timetable. We focus on improving fitness, strength and flexibility. It's a fun environment with a few regulars who encourage one another and have a laugh. We also have couples and families who train together as a Private Workout.
