WELCOME TO YOUR EXHAUSTED TO ENERGIZED CHALLENGE

Hi Sam here from Ignition Health

I would like to personally welcome you to our 6 Week Exhausted To Energized Challenge, and congratulate you on taking the first step to improving your health and wellbeing.

Your Exhausted To Energized Challenge is designed to help you start your exercise journey. And we will help and coach you every step of the way. 

Each week consists of:

1. A Weekly Workout: Showing you the movements that you will be doing

2. A Movement Library Video: Showing you how to do each movement safely.

3. Real-time Movement Video: Follow along with the video to complete the workout

4. Weekly Challenge: Complete the weekly challenge to help you improve your strength, fitness and health behaviours

Before each workout, don't forget to Warmup to prevent injury and prepare your body for the exercises. After your workout follow the Stretching Video to help you recover. You will find both of these on the Warmup & Stretches Tab
