​For most people, improving their eating habits starts with an assessment of your current eating habits. To be able to make changes, you need to be able to identify the parts of your eating habits that you can improve on.

To get a snapshot of your current eating habits, you can start a Food Diary, where you write down everything you are eating including the quantities and timing of your meals. You complete your food diary in a notebook or computer - or if you would like to fill out an Online Food Diary for me to look at, then you can fill out each day by clicking the button below.

Another way is to use an app or website like MyFitnessPal. These nutrition trackers help you find and log your food. It gives you an idea of the total calories you are eating (energy in), as well as where your calories are coming from (carbohydrates, fats, proteins, sugars etc).​ If you enjoy using apps numbers and computers, then you can follow the tutorial video below which will show you how to set up and use MyFitnessPal to help you improve your eating.
