I spent over a year at a local ‘women’s gym’ with little yet standard advice from the lovely staff there to find that the huge amount of effort (1 hour daily) gave me a small result and then I plateaued and nothing changed. After meeting with Sam and having a plan set for me based on my own body type and goals I was quite shocked to find a large transformation within just a few months! , with only a few half hour sessions a week.

Sam showed me ways to tone up yet slim down and opened my eyes to how well his regime works! I only really wish I had discovered Ignition Health earlier. I feel strong, I feel fit and I feel healthy and that to me as a mum to a toddler is priceless. Thank you Sam!!
