ABOUT YOUR COACH

My name is Sam and I am the owner and operator of Ignition Health Private Gym here in Christchurch. We help people improve their mental and emotional health in a way that complements the strength and fitness goals we help them achieve.


I understand that often the barriers to achieving life-changing results are within your own mindset and the way you think. So I have dedicated the last 17 years to helping people discover who they can be, and what they can achieve without these thoughts holding them back.


I have completed a Bachelor Of Sports Coaching, Sports Psychology, a Graduate Diploma in Psychology as well as various fitness industry qualifications. Over the years I have refined these expertise, and I have now created our Project: You 2.0 Workshops and Workbook to use this experience and expertise to help guide you towards a life of improved mental health and happiness.
