Hi, I'm Sam.

I am looking for people who are ready to let go of the past, and aim high towards the future. My background in Sports Psychology, Health Psychology and Positive Psychology has helped me to create a framework for you to make positive changes in your life. I have helped hundreds of people over the past 15 years develop a personalized plan to improve confidence, boost motivation, and promote mental clarity and well-being.
Let this workshop be the start of a new and improved version of you - You 2.0!


How It Works

Module 1
Understanding all aspects of health and how each aspect influences the life you live. Learn the framework and steps to switch on positive thinking -  for meaningful results.

Module 2
Who am I? Define who you are and want to be. Discover how you work so that you can use that knowledge to make positive changes. Knowing your personality, personal needs values and thinking patterns.

Module 3 
Effective goal setting. Connecting everything you have learnt in module 1 & 2 to create a failproof plan to follow and live by.

Module 4
Overcome negative thinking, stress, and barriers that are holding you back from being happy and healthy. Making your plan successful and enjoyable.
